SOUND FAMILIAR?

Does this sound familiar?

Everything seems fine on the outside. Yet you know something needs to change.

You feel exhausted by your own thoughts. Even when things are going well, you find something to worry about.

You put yourself last. Other people's opinions carry more weight than your own wishes.

You carry everything on your shoulders. It feels as though everything will fall apart if you let go of control.

You keep finding yourself in painful relationships. The people change, but the feelings and stories seem strangely familiar.

You want more — from your income, work and life. Yet when an opportunity appears, you hold yourself back.

You promise yourself you'll respond differently next time. But you fall back into familiar habits, even when they make you unhappy.

What's frustrating is that you know you want things to be different.Wanting change, however, is not always enough.

WHAT COULD CHANGE

Imagine how much energy you'd have if you no longer had to fight yourself

Less time lost to anxious thoughts. Less need for constant approval. Fewer opportunities turned down because you're afraid of failing.

Instead, imagine making decisions with greater calm, expressing your needs more confidently, building relationships without losing yourself and allowing yourself more without guilt.

These are the kinds of inner changes I help women work towards in one-to-one sessions.

You don't have to keep organising your life around your fears. You can gradually explore patterns that once felt like part of your personality and discover new ways forward.

ONE-TO-ONE SESSIONS · PWS

How much longer will you put off the life you really want?

Staying silent when you want to say no. Remaining in a relationship that hurts. Passing up an opportunity because you're afraid you won't cope. Or waiting until you finally feel confident enough.

You don't have to wait until things become harder. In a one-to-one session, we explore what is holding you back today, so familiar fears and reactions can gradually have less influence over your choices.

You can come with one specific situation and begin exploring changes that may help you take new steps.

What is PWS?PWS stands for Phenomenon of White Sphere. It is a coaching approach focused on subconscious patterns. The image of a white sphere is used as an inner space in which to explore feelings, fears, beliefs and habitual reactions. In a session, we start with a specific concern and use questions, emotions and bodily sensations to understand what may be holding you back and explore new ways of seeing and responding to the situation.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

I know what it's like to start over. More than once.

I'm Anna Clark, a women's coach working with subconscious patterns.

I grew up in Crimea, later moved to New Zealand, and now call Australia home.

Behind the beautiful photos and life by the ocean were repeated periods of adjustment, anxiety, apathy and a loss of familiar meaning. Every move meant starting again: leaving friends and community behind and finding my place among unfamiliar people.

That's when I realised how important it is to find a sense of support not only around you, but within yourself.

PWS became an important part of that journey. Since beginning my training, I've continued attending sessions myself, exploring my own responses and developing greater clarity, self-worth and inner steadiness.

Today I help other women explore their fears and inner limitations, and find a stronger sense of support within themselves.

A HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Women's Circles in Perth

When you're living abroad, it can mean so much to gather with women who speak your language — to share experiences, take part in practices and feel understood.

I organise women’s circles for Slavic women in Perth. Every circle is a little different, with activities and experiences designed to help you connect, reflect and explore something new.

Yoga and pranayama, art therapy, neurographica, aromatherapy, meditations and money-focused practices — I combine my own practices with sessions led by invited specialists.

It's more than a gathering. It's time for yourself, new insights, connection and a sense of belonging — a place to feel supported and find your people, even far from home.
